Press-fitting Machine

Suitable for engine components, steering gear components, differential components, motor components, as well as home appliances, electronics and other industries requiring precise press-fitting displacement and press-fitting force.
The full press-fitting force and displacement curve is displayed on the touchscreen. The system automatically judges product qualification during operation, removes defective products in real time, and realizes online quality management.
Press-fitting force, press-in depth, press-fitting speed, pressure holding time and other parameters can all be set numerically on the operation panel. The interface is user-friendly and simple to operate.
Press-fitting data can be stored to ensure the traceability of processing data, facilitating production quality control and management.
The machine integrates pressure and displacement control without additional hard limit switches. When processing different products, only different press-fitting programs need to be called, easily realizing multi-purpose use to meet various process requirements.

Assembly & Tightening Machine

Achieves high-precision, multi-axis synchronous tightening of pump cover bolts, greatly improving work efficiency.
Detect the screwing depth of bolts to ensure assembly quality.
The clamping mechanism provides dual positioning and pressing for the pneumatic actuator body and components, preventing tilting and spring deformation during tightening and extending the service life of finished products.
The tightening heads can be centrally adjusted forward, backward, left and right to adapt to different sizes of actuators, featuring fast changeover and high versatility.
