Repeatable Airtightness Testing for Housings

This system is an automated airtightness testing equipment specifically designed for clutch housings. It can also be adapted for leak testing of similar components such as gearbox housings, motor housings, and controller housings.

The equipment adopts a dual-station automatic detection architecture, supporting manual loading, automatic unloading by the robotic arm, and sorting of qualified and unqualified products. During the testing process, the leakage points can be precisely located, the results can be automatically collected, and the entire process is traceable. It also has a pressure retention leak detection function.

The system significantly reduces labor and production costs, has excellent repeatability and reproducibility (RR) performance, and can efficiently complete the sealing performance testing of components, ensuring product quality. It is the core detection equipment for automotive component production lines, effectively improving detection efficiency and quality control levels.
